Paving & Curb Stone

The designer should satisfy himself that the flooring/paving proposed is suitable for the conditions contemplated. There are several factors that need to be considered by the designer: appearance, intended use, colour, paver size and thickness, but most importantly the substrate that will provide the strength.
Fixing Design
The individual stones can either be fixed to a backing wall or more typically to a framing system comprising of a grid of vertical and horizontal steel and aluminium profiles. The fixings to the stone will normally have combined load-bearing and restraint capabilities. They can be brackets recessed into the joints of the stones or undercut anchors in the back of the stones. There are a number of different systems that offer different advantages and disadvantages to the cladding designer.

Stone panels are supported with stainless steel fixings at the vertical or horizontal joints; Ther is direct fixing to walls and indirect fixing to sub- channel systems. We do supply sub-structure, indirect fixing, and direct fixing.
